30 January 2008 ERG considers $250 million claim on TCARD ERG today identified its losses so far to be approximately $250 million on what it describes as the NSW Government’s unlawful termination of the Tcard contract, and is considering legal action. |
24 January 2008 ERG Response to Tcard Termination ERG’s Board of Directors today described the NSW Government’s decision to terminate the Tcard project as unreasonable, short term, and politically driven. The Government’s action is bitterly disappointing given that the project, despite its difficulties, was so close to being available for the commuters of New South Wales.

23 January 2008 Sydney Project Termination ERG has received a notice terminating the Sydney Integrated Ticketing System Project agreement from its customer, the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation, with immediate effect. ERG is considering its position in relation to the notice, and will keep the market fully informed of its effect on the Company. |
