ERG Selected to Supply Innovative Contact-less Credit Card Solution

ERG announced today that it has concluded an agreement to settle an outstanding €7.6 million liability to Belgian company ATOS Worldline S.A relating to ERG’s acquisition of Proton World International in 2001.

ERG Limited announced today that it has filed a counter claim in the Supreme Court of NSW for more than $200 million in damages against the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation (“PTTC”) in respect of a claim brought against ERG and its wholly owned subsidiary Integrated Transit Solutions Ltd (“ITSL”) in relation to a termination of the Sydney Tcard project.

ERG Limited today announced a restructure of its operations to facilitate a major recapitalisation following the loss of its major contract for the supply of an automated ticketing system in Sydney.

ERG would like to provide an update on its progress on a number of issues since its announcement on 11 February 2008.

ERG announced today the appointment of Mr Glen Smith as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Smith replaces Mr Stephen Gethin with effect from 1 March 2008.

ERG advises that the New South Wales Government has filed a claim in the NSW Supreme Court against Integrated Transit Solutions Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company in relation to the terminated Tcard project.

ERG today announced that that its major shareholder group, the Ingot Entities, has agreed to provide ERG with a new funding facility of up to $15 million as required by the Company. These funds will be used to strengthen ERG’s ongoing businesses.
